LXB 系列镶嵌式固体润滑轴承是以金属材料为基体,并在基体上开出排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再嵌入含油的石墨、二硫化钼或聚四氟乙烯+石墨+石蜡颗粒作为固体润滑材料。当轴承在无油润滑条件下工作时,由于摩擦热的作业,固体润滑材料会逐渐转移到摩擦副工作表面,从而起到降低摩擦系数的效果。

我公司是国内最早研制生产LXB系列镶嵌式固体润滑轴承的厂家之一,同时我们为了材料的稳定和满足客户新产品的研发需求,坚持铸造和机械加工为一体的工厂之一。经过十多年的生产与改进,并与国外类似产品进行了多次性能对比试验,产品各项性能已经达到和超过了国外同类产品的先进水平。产品加工设备全部采用高精度数控机床,生产过程严格按照ISO 9001 ISO TS16949相关程序进行质量控制,确保顾客能够享受到稳定的高品质的产品。

LXB Senries Solid Lubricants Embedded Bearing is made of metal body,and inserted with solid lubricants in line,which made of graphite MoS2 or PTFE+Graphite+Olefin with oil.While the bearing running with no oil,the solid lubricants will run out to the working surface by friction heat,and reduce the friction coefficient.

LXB-H 高力黄铜自润滑轴承(ZCuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3)

 

LXB-H系列是以高力黄铜的为基体,并在基体上开出排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再嵌入含油的石墨、二硫化钼或聚四氟乙烯+石墨+石蜡颗粒作为固体润滑材料。它突破了一般轴承依靠油膜润滑的界限,当轴承在无油润滑条件下工作时,由于摩擦热的作业,固体润滑材料会逐渐转移到摩擦副工作表面,从而起到降低摩擦系数的效果。它的材质比一般铜套硬度高一倍以上,在低速重载的环境下耐磨性也高出一倍。目前广泛应用于冶金连铸机、轧钢设备、矿山设备、船舶、汽轮机、注塑机、木工旋切机以及设备生产流水线等低速、重载环境下使用。

LXB-L  铝镍青铜自润滑轴承(ZCuAl9Ni4Fe4Mn2)

 

LXB-L  系列是以铝镍青铜为基体,并在基体上开出排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再嵌入含油的石墨、二硫化钼或聚四氟乙烯+石墨+石蜡颗粒作为固体润滑材料。它突破了一般轴承依靠油膜润滑的界限,当轴承在无油润滑条件下工作时,由于摩擦热的作业,固体润滑材料会逐渐转移到摩擦副工作表面,从而起到降低摩擦系数的效果。铝镍青铜材质比高力黄铜略轻,硬度是一般铜套硬度高一倍以上。在低速、重载使用环境下耐磨性能非常优越,相比高力黄铜它的延伸率增加了一倍以上达到了16%,在有冲击性、酸碱盐的海水中环境下耐酸碱性能和耐冲击性能高出高力黄铜一倍以上。目前广泛应用于高端制药机械、冶金连铸机、金属压铸机、轧钢设备、矿山设备、船舶、汽轮机、注塑机、木工旋切机以及设备生产流水线等慢速、重载、有冲击性、有腐蚀的环境海水中使用。

LXB-Z  高强度锌基合金自润滑轴承 ZA27-2

 

LXB-Z  系列是以挤压连铸高强度锌基合金为基体,并在基体上开出排列有序、大小适当的孔穴,再嵌入含油的石墨、二硫化钼或聚四氟乙烯+石墨+石蜡颗粒作为固体润滑材料。它突破了一般轴承依靠油膜润滑的界限,当轴承在无油润滑条件下工作时,由于摩擦热的作业,固体润滑材料会逐渐转移到摩擦副工作表面,从而起到降低摩擦系数的效果。由于锌基合金的比重只有高力黄铜的60%,而且以相比铜合金价格低很多的锌为主要元素,极大的降低了使用成本和产品的重量。作为优良的易损材料,自身具有优良的减磨、耐磨性,对其配磨件的磨损比铜合金小。从而提高了机械传动零部件的使用寿命,保持了机械加工精度。延长了机械维护周期,提高了生产效率。对润滑油的亲和性好,且导热率很高,散热快,抗咬合性好。工作中保持较低的温度,抗咬合性能优良。比重小于铜合金,花两个的钱用三个。有油润滑,低速使用的环境减磨性、耐磨性、强度和使用寿命高于铜合金。这类轴承用于各种工程机械用来代替传统铜合金制造的轴瓦、轴套、滑块、蜗轮等减磨材料。并用在锻压机床、园林机械、水泵、注塑机、轧钢、石油、矿山、起重、阀门、减速机、曳引机等有油润滑、低温、低速使用的环境使用。

产品的装配

Dilatability

 

   轴承的推荐的装配方法有两种,一种是常温压制装配法。另一种是冷却装配法,冷却装配法具有操作方便,配合精度高的优点,在条件具备的情况下,应优先选用。座孔加热的方法由于热量会破坏轴承材料的组织结构所以应避免使用。

 

冷却装配的方法

 

1、  所需材料

冷却介质:液氮或干冰

容器:保温隔热容器

 

2、  冷却后轴承外径收缩量△D的计算

 

D = D X α X (T-T1)

 

注释:

D:  轴承外径

α:轴承线膨胀系数

T 轴承冷却温度

T1:装配环境温度

 

3、  操作方法

 

   将轴承放入保温隔热容器中,放入冷却介质,一般推荐的冷却温度为-40°C~-70°C。

   冷却时间1小时以上,如果轴承与座孔的过盈量较大时,需要适当延长冷却时间。

   再次测量轴承的外径与座孔内径的尺寸,便于装配顺利进行。

   将冷却好的轴承迅速装入座孔中,如果在中途停留时间过长,将造成轴承难以装入。

   在轴承工作表面涂布润滑脂。

   在冬季气温较低时,应让座孔保持在20°C~30°C。

 

Installation:

3, operation method

产品使用的注意事项

 

1,在设计时尽量选用标准规格,如需采用非标规格,请与我们联系。

2,装配前应清洁轴承内外表面,要求内外表面无杂质、异物。

3,在装配前,若能用润滑油脂涂布于摩擦表面,可缩短摩擦副的走合期。使机械运转更加平稳,延长使用寿命。

4,装配时,建议将轴承与座孔垂直慢慢压入。严禁野蛮敲击,以免引起轴承变形,降低使用寿命。

5,在承载压力较高或往复运动时,建议将轴承与座孔用螺栓固定。

6,轴承使用一段时间后,会在轴承表面形成黑色或灰黑色的润滑膜,请不要擦洗,正常使用。

7,一般说来,轴应选用比轴承硬度高的材料,以保护轴。
